LOGISTICS INFORMATION

FREE SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping for majority of our products with our standard shipping services. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or California.  

Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for in stock items depending on the distance from our warehouse.

We carry inventory on most products. Due to high demand on certain items may require extended lead time.

Please note that orders placed after 5:00 pm EST may not be received until the following business day.

Please Contact Us to confirm lead times before placing an order containing single item quantities of 20 or greater.

Ground Shipment

We ship via FedEx or UPS ground when possible. Larger items and high volume orders will require LTL shipment.

Shipment notifications, including tracking information, will be emailed once order has shipped. Track your order via carrier site to note status and make plans to be available for delivery.

Standard delivery includes shipping to the specified order address. It does not include packaging removal. Package(s) must be inspected at time of delivery. Any shipping damages, missing items, or other concerns must be noted prior to signing for delivery.

LTL SHIPMENT

If your order is shipped LTL, please note:

  • Allow 2-4 business days for tracking updates.
  • All LTL orders are delivered curbside.
  • You will be contacted by the carrier prior to delivery to coordinate a date and time that best meets your needs. Holding fees may be required by the carrier if delivery is not arranged within a reasonable time (per carrier’s discretion).
  • You must be present for delivery by the carrier to sign a Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • Before signing the POD, check your order to make sure you received the correct items and that nothing is damaged.

 

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy on all of our furniture. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon delivery or has a manufacturer’s defect.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
